Where these reviews come from
LoomCraft sources this loom from a specialist woodworking supplier who has fulfilled orders for it since well before we started selling it under the LoomCraft name. The 58 ratings and every quote on this page were left by verified buyers of that same physical loom — same frame, same comb, same hardware — through the supplier's own order and review system. We didn't run these reviews through our own review app, and we're not asking you to take our word that they're real: we're showing you exactly what's on file, translated where needed, instead of writing testimonials ourselves.
Why our photo gallery is small
Most review pages show you a wall of photos. We won't pretend to have one. Of 58 total ratings, only 8 came with a written comment or a photo attached — the rest are star ratings with no comment at all, which is normal on a marketplace listing but doesn't give us much to show you. Of those 8, just 3 photos are actually usable: two others were cropped too tight to identify the product, one showed a shipping label with personal information, and two more were blurry or showed unassembled parts. We're not going to pad the gallery with stock photography or relabel the same picture twice to look like more buyers than we have. Below is genuinely everything we have, including one likely duplicate we're labeling honestly instead of hiding.
That duplicate: two of the three usable photos (below, first two cards) are both filed under the same Netherlands buyer record for the same Medium loom, with a near-identical dusty-rose and mauve wool palette — though a close look shows they weren't shot on the same surface, so we can't say for certain which photo came first. We're treating them as a likely pair from one project rather than two independent reviews, because presenting them side by side as separate buyers would overstate how much photo evidence we actually have.

"This loom has arrived in good condition. The box wasn't squashed and there was a piece of foam packing inside to keep the shorter pieces of the loom from sliding up and down in the box. The wood is lovely and smooth as you would expect for a loom and the metal fixings are good quality. There are no instructions to put it together but I'm sure I'll find a YouTube video about how to do this and how to thread it up. I recommend this loom to other buyers and this shop."

On the negative side, unclear assembly guidance is the single most repeated complaint — echoed by the New Zealand and Portugal reviews above. That's consistent with what we found in our own testing (see how we test): the printed instructions that ship in the box are minimal, so we'd rather tell you that upfront than let you discover it after your loom arrives.
